Why The Lighthouse is not Fair
Although it does take skill to play well in pvp and to ultimately get into the lighthouse it is simply not easy enough for most players to find a competent fireteam. After spending hours and hours on these forums trying to find a team and playing with many of them I can safely say it is not my skill that is in question and is not fair for me to go positive every game and keep coming up empty. I have tried and I know I have the skill to get there but for now it feels like it's out of my control. Also the people who were lucky enough to gain etheric light have a significant advantage over the rest of us. And although thorn users will deny it the gun is very much OP and if it is not then why does almost everyone who has one use it? Probably because it's the best gun for a reason in pvp. This game mode feels broken however I am not really here to discuss that. Let me now what you guys think in the comments and if you wanna be a dick then don't say anything
Edit: For those of you thinking that I'm asking for it to be handed to me don't say anything because nothing I said implies that. I am asking for a good team and saying it's hard to find one.
Edit: I would not feel right going to the house without earning it I wanna do it right I'm not asking for handouts.

ToO is suppose to be end game content for PVP players but the problem with gamemodes like ToO it brings out the scumbag in a lot of players just to get the best rewards. I will agree I hate losing and being forced to start over, I hate going up against people who are extremely lagging and are bullet proof but in the end of all this you just have to get back up and try again until you achieve the ultimate victory. For me though its a bit hard to find players that will work with since I just got destiny around 3-4 weeks ago with my Xbox One, so I'm not going to see that amazing Lighthouse for awhile but I will keep trying until I achievement 9/0.

Gives something to work for and get practice every week. I love it. We've only managed 7. Wouldn't have it any other way. As someone said earlier. "This is what happens when everybody gets trophies in little league." Couldn't have said it better

Just play with a team you know Don't rush in Have one of the keeper of the pack gear (Crest of Alpha Lupi and Light Beyond Nemesis) Revive your team Kite to draw enemies around Use super strategically (counter self res, ruin the teams heavy, use it if you have 4 wins already and want the easy victory) Count their supers (like counting cards so, you know who has their super and what to watch for) You don't need thorn to win (I did use Hawkmoon and The Last Word though) If you have Truth or G-Horn switch to those weapons for heavy so the tracking and proximity detonation will get your opponents

Oh and even though the thorn is op. That map suits it very well. I would use a mida tool in other maps that isn't so close combat.

My biggest problem is that I am off Wednesday and Thursday. If ToO starts every Friday till reset I will barely have a chance for playtime. It should be all week like PoE. I got lucky and was able to play yesterday but I will not always get that chance. ToO isn't a Reputation limited even like Iron Banner so it doesn't need to be shortened by an extra 3 days.
