I've been trying to do something like this recently. However, my theory was that the fallen used to be human, and they were speaking in broken English. I'm glad you started translating, it could help figure out what exactly the fallen are.

There's a theory I have about that. I've noticed that the Traveller is mentioned in the Vex 4 Grimoire to have terraformed/changed/transformed Venus from/into "another" past or future that may not be our own timeline. There's a chance that some or all the races are a past/future version of humanity. There are striking similarities in terms of the Guardian classes. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Eliksni turned out to be from a future in which humanity evolved to have 4 arms for some reason. Could tie into the idea of the Stranger being able to shift between dimensions. Then again, it's way easier to assume they're just aliens :P

You might be on to something the arms aren't groan they are robotics attachments.

I think they have 4 arms at birth. Shortly after, 2 of their arms are "docked" or removed because they start out as a dreg, the lowest in their hierarchy. Later as you rise though the ranks, you are granted your arms back as a symbol of rank.

Interesting... But could just have been a simple oversight by the devs. Just a cool name more likely

Thats an interesting thought... At first I thought it had a hole in it, which would be that the fallen used to be protected by the traveler, but then I realized that your theory might hold water. I'll see if my findings match with it.
