I will take the Hive. Why? Because you would fight zombies, with zombies. Thrall (kind of zombie-ish) would swarm on them and boomers and sword knights would clean up the mess

Cabal they tend to have a lot of area effect weapons, the key thing you need for killing hoards of zombies

First I would find the criptiark and remove his zombie head pull all it's teeth and use his mouth as my bed pan. Then I wouldn't side with anyone the fallen would tell stories of the lost hunter that roams earth babbling obscenities to a crusty blue zombie head.
