Dear dummy with a Gjallarhorn in weekly heroic matchmaking....
I'm playing at a higher difficulty level than my gear also. This is my alt, don't play it very much. Trying to level up some armor, you know? I don't know if you are too, but it looks like this might be your first time here.
No, hey, sorry to offend, but the weekly is Void burn. VOID. BURN.
A freaking Rare Void heavy would be doing more damage to the Archon Priest than your Solar penis stand-in. Believe it or not, Gjallarhorn isn't the perfect weapon for every situation. Try to bring the right weapons to the party, huh?

Not trying to be a dick but you could've posted in recruitment that you're playing with alt trying to lvl gear lfg with void weapons for weekly and avoided this issue altogether.

2 AntwortenSomebody did the research on this a while back, the Gjallarhorn does well over half the damage the Truth can dish out. This is mostly due to the fact that the Gjallarhorn has secondary rockets, the Wolf Pack rounds, which do a significant amount of damage. Burn modifiers make elemental damage of that type from all sources do 300% more damage. So in theory using the Truth would make it slightly better than the Ghorn. However, you're totally out of your mind when you say using a blue heavy would be better in any way than using the Gjallarhorn. Perhaps the guy didn't have a good Void heavy on him and the Ghorn was the best he could do

I just used the Jelly on this week's NF....not to be a prick but because once her shield is down, I know I can hit her with every rocket. Moreso than with an LMG.

1 AntwortenI've seen streamers (that play ALOT) use gally on summoning pits nightfall with arc burn. It still is worth using.
