Ok everyone, in the new expansion everything is going to be tougher than before, I'm going to list a couple ways to help you prep for new expansions in the future. 1) Start ranking factions past 3, then get them close to ranking again but don't, when you rank a faction after 3 you gain rewards such as armor and weapons specific to that faction. This includes vanguard and crucible, also if you want to keep doing things that give you reputation, choose a faction and throw any rep you get into that as a rep funnel or don't play that character until then. 2) Finally, start collecting currency. You'll find that having being rank 3 in all factions allows for quite the selection of new weapons and armor. You need 150 marks for weapons so start collecting them now. Including crucible as you need them for faction specific gear. Armor varies in cost so keep on you toes and don't make plans. After the patch tomorrow, crucible marks should be easier to obtain.
