How Many Commendations you got to cash in?
I currently have 21 Crucible and 4 Vanguard, I would have more but been using them to buy old gear for HoW.

I had 65 and wasted quite a few because I figured if I leveled up and just saved the packages I'd get new stuff...guess it doesn't work like that so if your out there wondering save them till reset!!!!!!!!!!
