Solution For Final Round
Ok, so I'm seeing a whole lot of hate for Final Round going around. I personally have no problem at all with the perk. The perk is a great bonus and it is very hard to abuse now with the special ammo nerf. If people keep complaining about it though it will be nerfed.
My solution to this is how about we meet in the middle. Make Final Round only OHK people in the torso area. If you get hit anywhere from the waist down and the shoulders out you will be brought to the same health as if you got shot by a normal sniper round. This will keep FR a good perk while at the same time removing some of the cheap leg or arm shots.
I will note that these changes should be in PvP only. In PvE Final Round should act as it always has. Please bump this so Bungie sees it before they make the Final Decision on Final Round.

I have an efrideets spear with spray and play armor piercing and final round. Got a double kill with a chest shot on anomaly. I was yelling at my tv. :)))

Final Round should only work if the rest of the bullets in your clip actually connected with a target. If you miss shots then your final bullet shouldn't do anything extra.

Soooooooo here's a question is everyone using the final round perk or are people raging over head shots because I know I don't waste my ammo just for the final round perk, go for the head shots
