80% to 90% of LFG/randoms are morons.
30 is the lvl cap for VOG. If someone is wearing all of VOG raid gear (which just happens to be great for the VOG, shocker!!!) and is lvl 30, with weapons that are fully upgraded they are okay in my book. Just wear your lvl 32 gear while in orbit and it wont be a problem. If you have to explain afterwards why you are "only" lvl 30 then it's probably time to get on LFG again and leave. It's rediclous that this even happens.

What's the reason to go to lfg at this point ? meeting new people! everybody who's been playing destiny for long should have reliable teams to do the raids with. Unless your schedules don't match, which happens from time to time.
