Iron Banner, is it possible to get to rank 5 solo?
Hello Guardians,
I'm a "lonely" guardian. This means none of my friends from real life have xbox 1 and I don't like the idea of a clan.
So I was wondering, if it's possible to get to rank five in Iron Banner solo?
Leave your opinions in the comments guardians and your ideas on how to do it.

Yup. I did it on my hunter. All you have to do is bounties and you are set.

I have always went in solo on iron banner before but played with my clan this time and got to 5 in half the time and it was a lot more fun playing with friends.

Absolutely. Haven't done it for the last few events, but I've gotten to rank 5 a couple times and it's been 99% solo. It can get frustrating to keep getting matched with losing teams, but the medallions make up for it. Just have to tough it out.

70% of this iron banner I soloed. I only had weds and thurs were friends joined me.

Oh yeah. I've played it the past two times solo. The only times I played it. First time got rank 5 and this past time a little over 4.5 but I only started Saturday this past time. It's a grind but easily doable if you have the time. The buff and bounties are key. I win less than half my matches.

1 AntwortenI've always went in solo in Iron Banner. I usually hit Rank 5 then I proceed to help my friends in the last 2-3 days of it being active, since that's the only time they want to run it.

I'm shite at PvP (around .80 average) and I've gotten to rank 4 in 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday) solo, so could have gone on to rank 5 no problems if i wanted to but at the time there was no incentive for me, apart from the shader. As long as you keep hitting a 1 in 6 win you will keep progressing. I recommend that if you lose 2-3 matches in a row then quit out and rejoin Iron Banner for a new match made group.

Got my hunter to 5 for the hand cannon and my Titan and warlock to 4 for the armor solo. Yes it can be done. It's gonna hurt, but yes it's possible. Did all this starting on Tuesday and finished before Sunday night.

Absolutely. It just takes awhile and I'm horrendous at PVP in this game so that may put things in perspective for you.

I hit 3 starting at 0 playing solo in about an hour just before and after the last reset only handed in 7 bounties (held onto 4 to get more exp from tempered buff after the reset). You can easily hit 5 if you have a shader, emblem and class item and the buff

I hit rank 5 on one character and 4 on both others while solo did the hunter on sun and mon only and still made 4.
