Well not useless, but you really have to only use them for specific instances. I guess if you're not using an exotic in your other slots and want to have an anti-arc blade blanket with you it's a solid choice though. However, most of the kills he got in that video people were so careless and walked right into his trap. If you see someone with a shotgun you don't just walk into his range, and 4th Horseman has shit range.

Yeah, I've been catching up leveling exotics I never use, and equipped it yesterday to see how they "returned it to its former glory." Holy crap. It's almost hard not to fire to shots with one trigger pull...and that's a good thing.
