I think because of the disappointments they have established a precedent on waiting for the shit to actually come out get reviewed by the fanboys and critics then buy it. I waited til mid October to buy Destiny just because my Patna from H1 was such a Bungie fanboy I was gonna buy it day one but when he urge me to buy ODST I knew the drill. Glad I waited. I got more of a thrill over a 6 week less gap than most players from day one. Wish I was a Christmas noob on the low. I would still have some exciting new things to grind for. Right now I'm just passing time completing the SGA bounty so I can honestly say I have every exotic in the game

Like Comet? Only if there's a pricing deal for it because I know I'm going to buy that shit anyway. I've learned my lesson about preordering games this past couple years though. Not a good idea. Better to wait and make sure they aren't pushing complete broken shit on you *cough* master chief collection...

No chance, I bought the digital Guardian edition and it came with tdb and how. I'll just wait for the reviews then make my mind up ;/

Nah two reasons though 1) already had the season pass since day one and 2) I aint preordering shit ever again unless you get something awesome. Im waiting a week or so after release tl get some real user reviews/thoughts after so manh lemons that have been around this generation already

Nah. Nowadays, they'll have enough copies past launch day for any game, and preorder bonuses really don't do much for me anymore. Might as well wait for numerous reviews before spending my money.

I love Destiny, but done with preorders. The perks are not enough to prepay for a game you might not like. For me that was Evolve.

Yes, and not out of blind following of bungie, but because behind all the whining children on the forums, and the raging haters on youtube, this game is actually good. Otherwise hundreds if not thousands wouldn't have put in 1500+ hours like me.
