Its not a hack its just a glitch. I dont know why it happens but sometimes it will just not connect with someone else's character existing and therefore show as it like that invisible to show that its trying to load that character but it just loads forever. Because of that error the game wont treat the character as an ally and can therefor do damage to other guardians. Occasionsly happens to me or friends and we immediately go to screw with other people
