For the love of Christ can you fix the crucible?!
FFS Bungie do you even care about your game? The crucible is TERRIBAD. I'm sick of playing against people who have internet provided by a potato and their stupid red bars.
These red bar people can shoot through walls, "teleport," and register kills REALLY late.
Hell, even prominent Destiny YouTube personalities are pointing out that your PVP is terrible and may be the worst out of the current AAA shooters.
Flame me, troll me, get angry, idc at this point, but I'm sick and tired of this shitty crucible.

People who say bungie can't do anything about the lag are wrong. Their p2p servers are poorly coded which adds extra lag to the games. If they were to fix and tweak their code, it would make the lag better. People with super bad connections will still have lag though but the overall quality of the game would be better.

Sad when bad connections used to be booted with error codes the crucible ran beautifully.

It was unplayable for me yesterday. Melee soneone 5 times and their health stays the same then they pop me!

The only way to fix the situation properly is to have dedicated servers. Until then PvP will remain extremely inconsistent.

2 AntwortenCrucible is fixable if Bungie is willing to actually listen to major criticism instead of fiddling around with the rate of special ammo drops maybe try encouraging other players to use other weapons by making shotguns only useable at the closest range and outside of that they can't do any damage, forcing the use of weapons like hand cannons or fusions.

4 AntwortenI honestly think it's bungies servers... I'm always red barred playing a game in be evening where I'm connected to mostly American players, and according to speed test . Net , I have a 50Gb download 12Gb upload to British servers.... I just don't think they have any European servers or the lag wouldn't be anywhere near this bad

WTF is the point of the gun, if its outperformed by a legendary?!(felwinter's lie) supers should charge at half the rate, if even. heavy should spawn once per game. too many random instakills. SHIT HIT REGISTRATION. even with good internet, others who have good internet still lag, and bullets clearly travel in slo mo, people take no damage what so ever etc. some gun perks(mulligan) being less useful in every way to others,(third eye,counterbalance etc) hardly any verticality in maps. thorn's burn time should be reduced, 2 headshotting regardless of luck is stupid. raid bugs. raid bugs. raid bugs. raid bugs. and lastly, why does it take them so long to make an easy fix of such small things? no land beyond being the example, its been here since december, and nothing has changed. sga still has atrocious stability(and its bullets should bounce imo, but thats not important) why weren't audio settings in from the beginning? joining mid game is the stupidest thing since simple jack-the play. clipping into friendlies has gotten me killed so many times, people sprinting around a corner, and pushing me into a snipers gaze while they are at it. t-t-t-t-t-tth-th-th- ats all folks. oh and the spawn timer is a lie.

If everyone had equal connections, people that are good wouldn't be good anymore. Lol. Having that extra split second advantage on your enemy is HUGE in gun battles. But I agree it needs to be fixed.

This. During My last crucible match last night, both teams couldn't re spawn literally the last 5 minutes of the match. I didn't leave b/c I wanted to see how long it would go. What's also "strange" is that when I "red bar" I can't kill anyone and don't do anything. Others red bar and finish toward the top of the board. Suspicious maybe?

It's better than crysis 3 and BLOPS though. Never had this problem at release so it must be due to less players so being connected to Walla Walla land. I avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoons completely on all FPS games and I have a steady 50mb (up and down) actually supposed to be 150mb. I find advanced warfare was actually worse lag when I played it. (even compared to present lag on destiny)

3 AntwortenIt's the lack of dedicated servers. Not individual people's connections. I'm on a 105mps down cable connection and I get a shit connection on 30-50% of my crucible maps. I would gladly pay 5-10$/month if we had dedicated servers and patches/DLC (Dark below and house of wolves) were free except for the big DLC, (comet, Destiny 2 etc) which we should pay for.
