Yes and no.... The weapon, in the right hands, can bring havok and chaos. However, unlike the notorious Thorn the cannon takes actual skill to use in order to keep it steady between shots. On top of that it has a semi low magizine along with a terrible reload speed, leaving you vonerable for around 3-4 seconds. To use this weapon effectively you must react well to surprises and keep focus in order to land all the shots at full fan fire.
