Why am I a fake 32?
I just reached level 32 but people keep telling me I'm a "fake" one I just don't get it, is it because I have iron banner gear?
It does not bother me that people call me that , what bothers me is that I get kicked from hard mode

People that kick you for banner gear are morons. Yeah there are perks on raid gear that are useful but really they don't make a big difference. Find some decent people to play with.

Raid gear isn't even hard to get. I got both sets,no one has ever said anything to me. My advice is to ignore

I see these posts all the time, yet never seen it happen while playing. I've been using IB gear as well just because of the stats.

Iron banner gear is much harder to obtain than raid gear. Tell them they can bugger off.

In my opinion ib gear is harder to get and lvl than raid gear and I also think it looks better your 32 how ever you get their man, I honestly would love to rock a full set of ib gear

5 AntwortenCheck your grimore score. I judge by that, not your gear or light level. If you're above 2600 in my list you're good. Not trying to be an ass.hole. to anyone at all. I've just learned that from experience.

I have a 32 Titan with all IB gear (inc ex helm) and a 32 warlock with all raid, just to keep all the haters quiet lol

Ib gear is a toll raid gear is simple I got mine in 3 runs while in ib had to play for a number of days after cmin back from work to get it so ur a 32 regardless what people say

Look man, you are what your level says you are. You Sir are a 32. Screw those guys that kick you. I do raids in IB gear just because I can't stand the look of raid gear.

You're not a fake 32 They only call it fake because everybody got a crap load of ascendent shards they can't use. Getting iron banner armor looks a lot harder to get rather than raid gear. (Well it's my opnion) Raid gear +drops often -harder to get the upgrade material Iron banner -harder to get (because you're up against real people not an ai) +easier to upgrade [spoiler]correct me if I'm wrong[/spoiler]

Dude in my opinion a 32 is a 32. Whether it's iron banner gear or raid gear you still had to grind to get it. Iron banner gear looks cool too. I'm a PVE guy and I tried grinding IB last time around, I made it to 5 and struggled the whole way there, much respect to the crucible guardians out there.

I wear IB gear because of the intellect discipline build, and it looks way cooler. I had full raid gear but the roles were so bad that I got rid of them. Some people kick me because they think I'm an unworthy swordbearer, I just laugh

2 AntwortenLol raid gear is for scrubs lol everyone acts like its hard to get raid gear its not lol crota is easy as shit like with iron banner you can't cheese its the real grind with that said before I get attacked I have full sets of raid and iron banner gear(besides helmet)

I believe IB gear is better for PvP due to the perks. CE gear has all perks that help the raid team, like VoG. Your not really a fake 32 though, if it says your a 32 then you are, no matter how you did it.

I kinda wish i had the ib helm, just so i could use exotic chests/legs/arms....it looks better than the helm of sad kittens

1 AntwortenYou ain't a true 32 until you can take off your exotics and still be a 32, my warlock is a fake 32 because I haven't got a maxed raid helmet.

You are 32 period. Your player card doesn't say 32(kinda). No such thing as a fake 32. There is such a thing as self righteous ass hat 32's however.

You would be considered fake according to this forum due to your 6 Crota completions. But you shouldn't even give it a thought, this forum consist of under-developed individuals.

Got all 3 class raid gear max but never like using the helmets looks ugly, out side raid I use Iron Banner mix and match with exotic, vanguard and crucible, because that extra perk only useful in Crota raid.
