Why no one has a full vault.
Because the space is needed when moving weapons every single time you chnage character. And Bungie have used the space everyone leaves as an excuse for them not to add much more.

Yeah they wont be full due to switching between chars which is true. But almost doubling the size from 20-36 can hardly be seen as a bad thing
