Thorn bounty waaaay too hard for this bad pvp player
Stuck at 99 out of 500 all day can't seem to make any progress. Have atheons epilogue void shotgun and maxed corrective measure...been at this bounty for two days...suggestions? Thoughts? Give up and abandon the bounty?
Edit: thanks to everyone who offered tips and instruction for my bad PVP skills thanks to some new friends I made this morning and to my new clan the Lucky Bullet Club for playing control with me and helping me get the 500!!!! Bring on Xyor!! Thanks everybody!!

Use bladedancer and use blink + shotgun and whenever you see someone just blink behind them and shotgun them

1 AntwortenCouple of tips... 1) After capturing zone dont stay in circle find a nice location where you have full view of circle but have good cover. 2) If you suck at crucible (control) Corrective Measure will be your saving grace if you manage its use properly. When heavy is about to drop go near the drop location but not on top if it because enemies will come. Do not die when you have heavy ammo...need to live to kill more. 3) A shotgun with super small range is useless...you are basically dead against all but the unsuspecting. 4) If your radar indicates more than 2 enemies near by, run away while watching your back. This could draw out one enemy and it basically avoids a guaranteed death.

I know it's a small difference, but I'd recommend switching to the first sight instead of the scope on your epilogue

Also, remember it is 5 points for Kills and -2 for deaths.

1 AntwortenIt's a good pvp gun, you should need to be decent at crucible to get it.

1 AntwortenI went in with a friend. He protected me, did call outs, etc. Staying alive was also more important than getting kills with void. If I knew I was going to die with the void weapon equipped, I would run away or use something else to snag the kill. I would set up as a sniper as often as possible, plus I used the subclass that had void grenades and melee. Took me a little while, but going positive was all that mattered. I didn't worry about getting objectives, I just worried about kills. Played control the entire time.

Hahah man I suck at pvp as well, got to 99 in 3 games lol Levelling truth again now so I can use word of crota, some void shotty and truth. If it's 2-3 games for me to get 100 it shouldn't take that long now.

1 AntwortenIf u have a fusion rifle with void. Might be better than a short gun. That's how I did mine a few days ago. Also, let your team mates go first and u just follow them. While they are being attack, u can one shot an enemy. I know that's bad, but that's the most efficient way. Once u kill somebody, hide and look for teammate to cover again. If u are warlock, its even easlier with the nova bomb. Good luck.
