Who else is giving this game up? I for one definitely am
I mean really. What happened to the immersive story we were sold on as well as sophisticated customization

1 AntwortenThere isn't much to do anymore and unfortunately I cannot forsee HOW being much better. If HOW had dropped right around now as scheduled it would be perfect timing. There isn't anything new on the forums even, it all seems to have been done. I'm a big fan of Destiny but I'm saddened because it doesn't seem to have used its potential.

It can't be as bad, it at least is fallen instead of hive. I'm sure they will find an even worse voice actor to scream and shout though.

Now: I didn't do any nightfalls this week. I did Deathsinger and Crota on normal, and Crota on hard. I did not do anything for VoG. I have done one weekly and one days worth of bounties on one of my three characters. Rewind back about 3+ months ago: I did all of the raid(s) on each difficulty with each character. I did the Nightfalls and Weeklies on each of my characters. I did all (or as many as I could) of the bounties for each characters, everyday. Next week: I might not even do raid stuff. I'll do weeklies just for the coins. I can't bring myself to do anymore bounties... TLDR: Playing the same game with the same content and no hope for a change/update to fix that is boring as hell.

I probably will. Destiny feels like a beta for Destiny 2 and I don't think I'll feel a want to play this "beta" with all of these awesome games that are coming out or are out (Evolve, Dying Light, Bloodborne, GTA 5 Heists, MK X).

10 AntwortenThey pushed back the release date so fix some of the problems they had after TDB dropped... Bungie listens to the community and this game/experience will continue to change and evolve into something far different and better then what it is right now

This game is similar to the first Assassin's Creed. It's an awesome concept, fun to play, but has repetitive content that you get burned out on rather quickly.

When this game becomes a current gen only title is when you'll probably see those mind-blowing changes. But for now I think they have too much limitation to do all they hoped for

im playing HoW, if it blows, i'm done with destiny. simple as that. i'm absolutely not repeating this whole "play fun new stuff for 3 weeks, then just wait for xur and do bounties and other chores for 4 more months" bs

Iron banner, gives me a reason to play Crucible. The DLC gives me more exotics and legendaries to collect, plus a new raid to master. I do want more, and that feeling alone is enough to tell me that i really care about this game.

There definitely taking there time with HoW. For me it's make or break. When destiny was hyped up before release I bought both DLCs thinking this was the best nex gen game. Now, if it's not up to my expectations in leaving. I hardly play anymore because of the lack of content and the ability to get any and everything with ease.
