Well today I -blam!-ed up three times as swordbearer. Was my first time doing it as a hunter and kept -blam!-ing up with jumping and jumping away in stead of going invis. Other wipe one ogre disappeared. We had two people without Mics so we guessed one of them killed it. It reappeared when Crota moved back to middle so we didn't get a sword. And the other time was a level 30 getting one hit by a boomer :p

Because we could easily five man it but because of one death we have to wipe and everyone is too damn lazy to shoot oversoul

Crota gets up quick when he is about to moved and downed at the same time. The swordbearer not to be confused with the person running the sword may be the most agile enemy in the game. And causes most wipes for us at first. Now we have our strategies for him and no longer an issue.

4 AntwortenI was running sword on Crota hard mode last night, and we all had forgotten that our Titan wasn't with us. We kill sword bearer, grab the sword, jump up on the rock on the right. Hit Crota. Crota goes down. I slice my way there, get 2 slams on him "Guardian Down!" Me: "wtf just killed me??" Apparently none of us remembered someone needed to distract boomers, because we didn't have the Titan bubble... Don't get too used to doing things one way!

3 AntwortenIs there a way to select multiple answers on your poll? I still don't have a Crota hard clear, mostly because of frustrating glitches and some spotty plays on our part. If I screwed something up, that's fine, that's on me, no one to be mad at but myself. But when the sword disappears, when Crota won't go down, when he chases us into the summoning crystal room and kills two thirds of the team with one sword swing, when he teleports down low and cuts us off as we're running to the ogre room...that's kinda frustrating.

3 AntwortenMe and my squad were talking shit to Crota's bitch ass and -blam!-ing crota started moving left and we didn't think he'd chase us in the room... -blam!-IN AHDKDHEJEHEHRJDHDHE. That was the next thing I heard, Crota straight up slashed my squad and I was like nah he ain't coming in here... I step out for a second and next thing Crota walks into the room and I start -blam!-in retard running for my life but it didn't matter cause Crota was like "You was talking all that shit bitch now I'ma take this sword shove it up your bitch ass." Crota -blam!-ing came down on me with the power of -blam!-ing Thor with that damn sword and -blam!-in Shmoney danced over my grave talking about how he caught a body about a week ago. Guys my advice, never talk shit to Crota cause he will straight up chase your ass down and -blam!- YOU UP!!!!

2 AntwortenGot crota down as much as possible without enraging him. Killed ogres, was about to take sword, then this guy insists that he takes it this time because he only has one rocket (screw synths, amirite?) and then he enrages crota and immediately dies, causing us to wipe.

Crota jumped through the middle platform glass and pummeled my ass during his right side rotation. Funniest glitch I have encountered to date in the raid.

1 AntwortenI don't get why people complain about the Swordbearer moving left or right, it's his job to take cover if he's being shot, that's what they supposed to do, I know it's frustrating because it messes up the timing etc but you can't blame the Swordbearer if he's trying to stay alive :/

2 AntwortenMy friend kills the swordbearer when crota was on the right side the sword doesn't spawn when crota moves to the middle. Ogres spawn so we run to the room. Keep in mind this is on normal. We all tell him to get to the back of the room but he ignores. Then an ogre kills him while he's holding the chalice and we can't kill the oversoul in time. He claims his controller went out but he was gliding when he died and talked through the whole thing. Oh and my other friend who was AFK got Thunderlord from Deathsinger. What did I get from the ENTIRE RAID. Energy and nothing else.
