My Crucible K/D is bad because....(post your excuses!)
As a Defender Titan that doesn't get kills with a crappy bubble, or crappy suppressor grenades, or crappy melee that doesn't have the range of the warlocks' or lunge of the hunters', my ability kills only makeup 10% of my total crucible kills.
Pure weapon skills! No super or good grenades to combine for 5 or 6 extra kills a match and bail out my k/d!
What's your excuse?

1 AntwortenBecause I tend to start REAL slow... Been having a few more games hovering around or above 1. And then there's the outliers, the 2.0-3.0 games and the 0.2-0.3 games [read: the latter happens way to much to me in this game]. Really only play crucible for bounties or iron banner (how crucible should always be), when leveling up weapons. Got my Red Death up to max last night thanks in part to 2 iron banner bounties and 4 crucible bounties.

Why not switch to the Titan Slam?

I only play it for bounties when I need to level something up, and run out of PvE bounties.

I'm just bad at PVP. No excuses, I do make a great human shield for my teammates though....Go teamwork.....

Because I actually stick it out through every game I enter unless a real life issue comes up. Way too many people brag about good KD then will quit games where they are getting slaughtered which artificially boosts it since they are only willing to play against players with low skill.

2 AntwortenI also main as Titan Defender, and I do piss poor in the Crucible because I don't spend enough time on the Crucible. Or rather, I spend too much time away. Last time I was on was 3/5/15. If I go in tomorrow, I'll be murdered for the first hour, get 2 decent games, them fall of the Win-Wagon

The handshake shotgun with decent range and i know my abilities on all three classes fairly well. I'm just not the best at pvp. Pve, i own everything... Not so much against an unpredictable human. The only time i can use an excuse was a terrible round where my team got owner about 5 to 1. They had suros, invective, and vex. All their heavies where hunger of crota. On our team, hawk moon/last word (he changed mid battle), my fate bringer and a guy working on the thorn bounty to get his void kills using a void fusion rifle. But that's the only time i can use an excuse like "their weapons all totally out classes ours"
