Stop it with the heavy ammo glitch
Stop being so cheap and buy some heavy ammo. 5 for one strange coin is nothing. There's no reason to stock pile strange coins. You're being selfish by making everyone wait for you. There's no excuse.
Edit - all you glitchers complain about cool down when you have more than enough rockets for crota and sword bearer then cool down is done by ogres
Heavy ammo glitchers are probably the ones still cheesing the bridge and lanterns SMH

Yes, there are good reasons for it, player-police. When a fight is a long one and you have to fire a lot of rockets before synth timer(Crota's End HM) is up you are screwed. Having a lot of available rockets through out the fight can make or break it, especially when you are the one person with a high end rocket launcher .

I still use the glitch if someone else on the fireteam is; why waste a synth hoping that the rest of your team can take down the swordbearer, take down crota, and take down the ogres quickly as well as not dying constantly. I'd rather do as much of that as I can, whether I'm doing the completely unskilled job of standing on the ledge or being swordbearer. I've even been in groups where I've had to drop the sword and fire a rocket at Crota as well because my team were all out of ammo.

I have 300 heavy ammo packs i use the glitch because: its there Because: i can. Because: its easyer. Because: the whole team does. Because: i'm Dutch. Because: i get more ammo then from synth. Want me to go on!?

Um...i bought 200 synth for each character. I will STILL do the glitch. Know why? No cool down and... IT TURNS MY GALLY INTO A PRIMARY WEAPON!!

Heavy ammo trick takes less than a minute. Heavy ammo trick provides enough ammo that you can shoot at [i]everything[/i] that needs killing. Heavy ammo trick has no cooldown. That sea of purple bricks is -blam!-ing beautiful. These are valid excuses to use the heavy ammo trick.

Why have 6 or 7 heavy on a 5 min cooldown when u can wait 30 seconds and everyone has unlimited heavy to use on SB, Crota and ogres... it's a no brainer.

1 AntwortenNot all of us have played since day one and so we spend all of our coins trying to get something we need from xur.. You really can't wait an extra minute?.. Maybe spend that time getting everyone on the same page and strategy.

I have 500 + heavy synths. I still do the glitch because it's a more efficient way to generate heavy ammo. Get good

Kill the swordbearer easily and immediately. 2. Generate easy orbs for titans in the ogre room. 3. Blast the 1st and 2nd ogre right away. 4. Etc. 5. Etc. It only takes a few seconds and it may save the team from having to repeat the checkpoint from the beginning. I have hundreds of heavy synth packs but I will just be saving them for a patch. Why use them when the ammo is free? And it’s not just for Crota. Use it at the confluxes in the VoG. Shooting nothing but rockets for the entire 2nd and 3rd conflux is a “blast”.

no excuse needed. We do it and anyone that has a problem with it, or says anything about it gets the boot. :) We dont run with randoms very often, though. Nobody in our clan has a problem with 10 seconds for free shit lol. I use my synths on VOG/Strikes/nightfalls. scrota isnt worthy of my synths lol

1 AntwortenFor some of us, prioritizing exotic armor and weapons is far more important than spending my coins when there is a chance for free heavy ammo. Plus, if everyone wipes and I use a synthesis, I now have to wait 5 minutes to reload my gjallarhorn, unless I did the glitch. Then I will have another 7 gjallarhorn rockets waiting for me inside, with some orbs.

There's no excuse.[/quote] Making sure you have plenty of rockets is the opposite of being selfish. Being impatient is not very helpful, you're not much of a team player. Yes you can use synthesis but they still have a 5 minute cool down. Unless you know how to get around that, don't be selfish, tell us.
