Stop it with the heavy ammo glitch
Stop being so cheap and buy some heavy ammo. 5 for one strange coin is nothing. There's no reason to stock pile strange coins. You're being selfish by making everyone wait for you. There's no excuse.
Edit - all you glitchers complain about cool down when you have more than enough rockets for crota and sword bearer then cool down is done by ogres
Heavy ammo glitchers are probably the ones still cheesing the bridge and lanterns SMH

Usually i always do it and its not a big deal. Had a guy yesterday who only had a hand cannon with 6 rounds in it. Took like 3 minutes for him to empty it. I am still annoyed.

If you're so impatient you can wait 30 seconds i feel sorry for you. using the heavy ammo *trick* (it's not a glitch fyi) makes sure the sword bearer dies instantly, ogres die instantly and most importantly half of the team isn't saying "oh I'm on cool down" at that critical moment. Gonna keep doing it because it makes life easier. [spoiler]sorry not sorry[/spoiler]

3 AntwortenHad 2 peeps do the glitch last night. And they just kept shooting gallys everywhere. They kept taking down the sword bearer in seconds. I'm willing to wait 20 seconds if it means my team will start world war 3 on our enemies.

If only there was a glitch to fire Ghorn at full auto with infinite ammo and invincibility Then we can all do it and get Crota done efficiently. Gotta work on it

Heavy glitch makes rockets able to be shot more than using synth because synth has a timer. Glitching is a win win

5 AntwortenI used to feel the same way.. But it takes 20 seconds and there is heavy ammo EVERYWHERE! You can fire your Gjallarhorn at the swordbearer AND Crota, and even the Ogres and don't need to worry about taking a pack. Synths have a 5 minute cool down. I have over 150 Synths but I'd still use the glitch. They'll patch it soon so enjoy it while it lasts!

1 AntwortenYour team needs work then if they need this glitch. I know. I've been on some teams that do this, and we've sucked. The good teams I'm on don't do this. I myself don't do this as it's a waste of time. Makes constant wipes (again, suck teams) more annoying and affects the team by further annoying the team. 7 rockets is all you need. Pop a synth in the ogre tower if you can't down the ogre/bearer with your sniper or don't get heavy drops.

If 4 member of fireteam shoot one rocket, slightly offset from one another and quickly switch to their primary to continue DPSing, you can kill Crota with 2 synths tops in Hard Mode. That all depends on the skill level AMD coordination of your Fireteam. Hence the reasin why you Sir, are a scrub if you rely on heavy ammo glitch.

Ya, because waiting 30 seconds for more heavy ammo than you can shoot is totally not worth it. Lol.

5 AntwortenHmm. Synth- 6 rockets. Fire off 4 rockets before ogres. Ogres take 2 rockets. Now I have a 5 minute cool down and no heavy. Because.... reasons. Where as if I do the heavy exploit I have 5 or six packs waiting in the crystal hallways. So even if we wipe on the last sword for whatever reason I still have a full volley of rockets for the next round.

Good groups don't need it to be raining purple bricks. The glitch is a crutch.

It takes like 30 seconds to a minute. Then you don't have to worry about running out of rockets. I don't see the issue, luckily I run it with people who don't mind because they do it too.
