Stop it with the heavy ammo glitch
Stop being so cheap and buy some heavy ammo. 5 for one strange coin is nothing. There's no reason to stock pile strange coins. You're being selfish by making everyone wait for you. There's no excuse.
Edit - all you glitchers complain about cool down when you have more than enough rockets for crota and sword bearer then cool down is done by ogres
Heavy ammo glitchers are probably the ones still cheesing the bridge and lanterns SMH

17 AntwortenI see all these posts talking about not wanting to waste syns because of teams may wipe a few times. Then I check their grimoire for raid completions, they don't even have enough completions to even be relevant to comment in here. I don't use the glitch, I have plenty of syns. That's why people buy them, to use them. They complained when xur wasn't selling syns, xur sells syns and these players don't want to use them. You glitching kids are pathetic.

I think I've bought Heavy Ammo 2 times in Destiny. Ever since then I never buy it. Why? Cause you don't need it noobs! It'll drop with right gear and patient. "Lets go to the tower for heavy cause we suck at dropping Crota". Arrives at tower, I just have a seat till ready.....

Even with groups that take a while to beat crota, I hardly use any synths or have to do the glitch. Even before the patch! Since crota came out I think I've only used maybe 5-10 synths.

6 AntwortenIf the glitch only took 20-30 seconds, you could empty your guns during Crota's intro and have plenty of time to start getting heavy ammo afterwards. If you have to do the glitch, and it's soooo fast, you shouldn't make everybody else wait for you.

I don't know about you but in order for me to burn a synth I have a serious wait time to see my inventory. That's with a high speed modem internet running a CAT-6 cable into my box. So sure I don't NEED to heavy ammo glitch but it's better for the team if I can just run around a corner and reload. Much faster more efficient and I'm not in a fµckin loading screen for precious seconds of that boss fight. If I have full rockets it's usually not an issue but there are times where burning a synth is just not an option. It has nothing to do with skill. If it burns you up then I'll just use my sniper to down him or you can wait for my stupid inventory to load. Either way preparing before any fight is key.

I have 100's of synth but I still think for the sake of 45s ish it's worth doing the glitch. Means you can spam rockets everywhere.

Yeah man lol. The heavy glitch started because of the great heavy synth shortage. Now Xur has had it 2 out of the last 4 weeks or something like that.

1 AntwortenWell if your chief complaint is about waiting why not think about the benefits? I'm assuming you're referencing Crota's End and the final boss fight. Heavy synths have a 5 minute cool down. Doing the glitch correctly provides a player with far more ammo than using a synth. Imagine having 6-8 rockets nearly the entire run of the Crota fight. OP? Perhaps. But if someone or some two people run out of rockets, you're able to compensate.

Yes it is cheap IF and only IF u can bring down crota in 1 try. Since that is rarely the case for my raid group, I prefer to have extras jusr in case.

You're an idiot. Synth has a cool down. If people are using rockets to help with swordbearer they can then get more quick from The crystal room. Sorry you are not good enough to beat him in under 10 min and need to use a synth twice..

With the glitch you can easily run inside after the first rotation, get some heavy, go outside, and have more for ogres. After you shoot ogres with said heavy, run back inside and oh look. More heavy. All without waiting. People like you are stupid. Let the hate come in. It's great guys. #butthurt

Takes 30 secs. I have infinite ammo to down swordbearer and ogres, and there is no cooldown. In my experience few groups are able to get Crota done in 1-2 runs, and having to wait for synth or struggle without is not worth the small amount of time.
