This might be a weird thing to post, but I'm a seasoned raider looking to join another seasoned raider looking to help newbies. So I'm looking for a partner to help newbies I guess.
I'm not very good at explaining the stuff, and I just get frustrated with myself when I can't teach people the right way quickly, so I'd love to just be another guy that can help out and just be there to pick up the slack, so to speak. My GT is the same as my name, and I'm on Xbone, willing to do VoG or Crota.

I'm a 31 warlock, have never done hard crota and have two others (31 Titan, 30 titan) that have never done hard crota if you would like to give us a shot

This is actually not that weird at all. TBH, in an ideal world, we'd have an LFG site devoted exclusively to helping seasoned players find newbies to coach through their first raids. Honestly, it'd be vastly more useful than the mish-mosh we have now.
