My vote goes to the nobles
Spartans never die. They're just missing in action. #RememberReach
Noble team is a team comprised of 6 highly skilled elite Spartans, from halo reach
It consists of
Spartans have armor
Hunters and warlocks have clothes lol
Carter- team leader expert in all weapons and hand to hand
Jun- recon specialist, if you're anywhere near his rifles range, well you're probably kinda dead
Emile- nothing much to him except a shotgun, a knife and probably the most violent member (held back by the others most the time)
Jorge- a true tank wielding a mini gun and about 2.5 times the size of a normal guardian
Kat- she would probably hack your ghost
Noble 6- that's the member who you decide how he is (you play as him)
What the Spartans have with them
each Spartan has their preferred weapon type, each has a corresponding armor ability and item.
Spartans are highly militarized super soldier with years of experience, they have the upper hand combat and strategy wise
Guardians
can use the travelers light to use supers and revive, but each revive drains the guardians of some light
Not trained, but rely on experience as the basis of they skill level
We will assume it's 6 very experienced guardians
We will change this to
Noble team vs lord Shaxx, the vanguards, lord Saladin, and another iron lord
I still think the nobles have the upper hand and here's why
Guardians are normal people (awoken aren't that much different besides color, exos are just robots) that are regular size
The spartan already have a size advantage being 6-7 feet tall, Jorge being about 8
The Spartans have much more strength, durability, stamina, etc etc due to their size and adding the spartan serum.
The Spartans are military trained
The guardians practice on eachother and since no guardian has military training the guardians won't expect military tactics.
The Spartans have shielding (actual energy fields encasing their armor ARMOR) the titans have the most armor while warlocks and hunters wear well clothes essentially they wouldn't be able to withstand as much damage as a spartan would.
On top of that their armor (not the energy field around it) can repel assault rifle rounds, shotgun rounds, etc etc. the black gel on their armor is enough to repel small caliber rounds, smg, and side arm fire.
Not only are the Spartans more protected, they're better trained.
Some have said the hunters have knives... Good luck stabbing through the armor lol
Emile and noble six both withstood 3 or four im pales from an energy sword which makes the captains blade look like a dildo.
Finally the guardians need time to charge their super. The Spartans would probably kill them before the 2 minute cool down assuming they have maxed intellect haha
But we have nova bombs! And golden gun! And fist of havoc!
Congrats we have armor lock and I forgot what it's called but it's the bubble master chief throws down
It's enough to withstand blasts from wraiths
A warlocks nova bomb doesn't do enough damage to kill a reaver captain with a full shield so we can assume it would kill a spartan if it hit him directly but if the spartan is in the blast radius it's safe to say the energy shield would take most the blast
Fist of havoc is the same thing you would need a direct hit
Blade dancer I feel wouldn't be an issue
Golden gun is the only real super that poses somewhat of a threat to the Spartans but then again they need 2 minutes to charge it...

1 AntwortenAll of Noble Team died, except Jun. Mostly in stupid ways. Kat got took out by 1 hit from a Needle Rifle. Not even a real sniper rifle. And Emile and 6 only took 1 energy sword hit each, not 4 like you said. SPARTAN-IIs would stand a chance (Master Chief would win for sure), but IIIs and IVs would lose.

Bearbeitet von Sonic Roctopus: 3/12/2015 1:06:25 AMSpartans, not even a question How are guardians even trained anyways. Are they genetically enhanced super humans, does their armor weigh 1000 pounds. Master chief fell from space to earth without a scratch, I'm sure he could survive a solar grenade or nova bomb haha

Even spartan radar beats guardian radar, actual location of enemies, plus much larger, up to 50 meters, and they can radar jam with invisibility armor ability. Spartans ftw
everyone dies
3 AntwortenInstead of "another iron lord" you mean, MASTER RAHOOL

2 AntwortenI think Noble Team. Guardians rely too much on their ghost to revive them, meaning they fight recklessly. While Noble team knows they have only one chance to fight and once they die it's over, so they make sure the cost of them dying is worth it.

How is it that 27% of ppl don't know noble team 6? C'mon man

9 AntwortenBearbeitet von ValorDLX: 3/10/2015 9:43:13 PMHmmm, well guardians could potentially have unlimited ammunition, space magic, one-hit death punches, they can fly/glide/double jump/triple jump/blink, resurrect themselves, and have like 20 more types of grenades and abilities than Spartans. I love Halo and Spartans too, but there really is no contest. Chief couldn't handle The Didact without his hand being held...Every single guardian is basically as powerful as that forerunner was. Guardians shattered mechanical manipulators of space and time. Guardians purified demonic gods. [Some] Guardians lived after and through The Collapse, which apparently makes a Halo ring launch look like a dust mite throwing a temper tantrum. And guardians don't need to rely on that one thing Spartans would need to survive......Can you guess?.............Luck. Nope, firepower and space magic are enough.

10 AntwortenHonestly it's hard to predict. Spartans have the upper hand in the experience, natural talent, and teamwork departments, but high-level Guardians are better equipped and have more powerful abilities. Would Noble Team be able to stand up to the likes of the Vanguard, Shaxx, and Saladin?
-
Well seeing as though all of noble team is dead, 6 guardians

Ugh another post about who would win in two completely different universes where we have really no idea of what the guardians are cabable of yet. Nor do we know really how their armor or weapons compare. Also, there's probably been bigger guardians than Kabr or Toland out there and we just don't know it yet. In my own opinion based on playing both these games. Kabr and Toland with other high named guardians would totes win. I've never heard of another person one on oneing a gorgon and killing it before it erased them. And Toland is just a boss, let's be real.

Guardians are trained. Titans, masters I'd war, trained to fight. From birth trained. Warlocks, study combat maneuvers and come up with combat tools. Hunters, trained stalkers, bred to hunt.

Too bad their all dead

7 AntwortenI have to go with guardians because: Better weapons Abilities and powers

Noble for communication because nobody -blam!-ing talks in the crucible

27 AntwortenOk. I've stood by long enough. I've spent months reading these kind of posts from Halo fanboys trashing the Guardian as if it were a Grunt or something on these forums. Halo tech is inferior to Guardian tech in almost every way. Master Chief "might" be able to hold his own, but any other Spartan would get wrecked in a one on one fight. Guardians have better guns, better shields, better maneuvering, FAR SUPERIOR training and superior abilities. Let's not forget that the Spartans failed, they were wiped out by the Covenant. Only Master Chief had the grit to survive. The Guardian also has small numbers yet they have survived for hundreds of years from forces that makes the Covenant look like preschool. It's nice that you are a Halo fan, I am as well. But people's loyalty to a franchise blinds them from reason, you may not like Destiny as a game, but if you are going to compare apples to grapes, you can't magically think the grape will crush the apple because you like the taste of grapes more.

6 AntwortenI really want the Spartans to win but logically the guardian's just have better ability and weapons
-
Spartans are stronk. Not to mention, badass. Master Chief rode the equivalent of a nuke into the engine of a massive covy ship. Guardians hid in a magic bubble and took potshots at a 20 foot tall robot. We know who the winner is.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von C5T: 3/11/2015 1:05:40 AMSpartan III's & Spartan IV's Are nothing A Spartan II however would kick all six guardians collective asses And tear the heads off other lesser Spartans

2 AntwortenI feel like you're missing the essential master chief/Cortana duo. They are obviously in a team of their own. Except maybe Srgt. Johnson, if he joined their team it'd be gave over.
