What's up guardians? So the hardest part of the VOG raid for me is the jump puzzle. Yes. Seriously. For the life of me I can't seem to successfully get across w my hunter or Titan after way too many attempts. I just prefer To go To orbit and come back in for the gatekeeper.
Does anyone have some good EASY tips? You can call me JUMPTARDED if u would like.
Does anyone else have this issue? Or am I the only one? :-(

1 AntwortenWatch the pattern for a minute and proceed. Or you can just skip the puzzle drop down to the right and jump straight across, use triple on the hunter and control on the titan(3 bursts).

Go to third and jump across

Bearbeitet von LightBringer924: 3/9/2015 5:43:20 PMJump on the first block that appears from the highest point (the door you came out of from the Gorgon's Maze) Jump on the next block that appears from the first one. Then jump on the third block. Get as close to the wall as you can from that third block and jump ONCE from there towards the wall, do not activate your double jump yet. As you fall toward the wall, press your controller toward the wall the whole time, wait until you're just above the ledge and THEN do your second jump still pressing the controller toward the wall. You should land on the ledge. Be careful on the ledge though, there are places that you can still fall off of, and then you have to go through all of that again.

Hunter easiest to get to third (or is it fourth?) platform and then jump from the top of the high outcropping. Let your momentum carry you as far as it can before activating your second jump and then use the third and final jump to not die from fall damage. Titan and Warlock both jump from second platform and sporadically use glide/boost to get you over to the other side and then use last remaining juice to, again, not die.
-
Class? Use max agility, triple jump, burst glide, not catapult for titan
-
If you're a Hunter, Blade Dance. Titan, jump the gap from second platform. My friend who I've done the raid with maybe 30 times still leaves and joins back. It's hilarious.
-
first three blocks, jump towards wall
-
Jump and feather the boost, then shoulder charge then fist of panic with death from above. SUPERMAN!
-
Hunter: use triple jump.

if you're saying you've done it on a warlock before, warlock and titan path is very similar and easy with practice. warlock, set jump to 'balanced glide' or 'directional control', titan, set jump to 'increased control'. whichever gives you the most in-air maneuverability. get used to starting and stopping your jump in mid-air with A. jump to first platform as it appears, turn slightly right. jump to second platform (i aim for the top of that higher rock, but as long as you make it onto the platform at all you're good). turn slightly left, jump to third platform. turn to face the big wall, run and jump across. time bursts of your glide or lift so that you safely make it across, warlocks can get to the lower ridge with no problem, titans just try not to die. inertia is a beast, lol, be careful to save some of your jump to slow your fall or you'll bounce right off the edge even if you do land. when you've made it to the ridge on the other side, carefully make your way forward -- you can crouch-walk and hug the wall a little closer if it makes you feel better. when you get to the outcrop, first make sure the glowy brick has been punched off the side (for luck), then step back, look slightly upward, run toward the corner and hop out, then activate your jump with A and hug that right wall again. aim for the little cubbyhole just after the outcrop, be careful your titan doesn't go too high during the jump or you may bounce right out after a hard fall. once you're past the outcrop, hug the right wall as you move forward, then hop in to the right in order to land on solid ground again. congrats, you've made it across!

Yeah most people that Ive seen have trouble with the jump puzzle are Hunters you can either Arcblade across or equip triple jump and quickly take the first 3 pillars that appear and on the 3rd one jump toward the bottom ledge works everytime be sure to save a small jump for the bottom or you will die.
-
Jump to the third platform, and run and jump for either ledge. You'll make it. If you have serious trouble, use death from above super for titan or blade dancer super for hunter. A warlock will make it easily.
-
Hunter- get your super up,jump to first platform and then jump and super Bladedance across.

Bearbeitet von MICLINE: 3/9/2015 5:25:26 PMIf you are a warlock or Titan, you just need to jump to the small platform on the right, then you can make it over in one jump to the main landing. Very easy.
-
With triple jump go right and get a running start. Run and at the last second possible jump, that's 1. Count two seconds, jump again, that's two. Two more seconds, last jump. You're aiming for the ledge of course.
-
Ps4 add me i will show easy way
-
If I was home and had the cp I would show you how I do it but if you hug the right wall there's a platform down there then another one if you run and jump off that and time your second jumps you can make it.
-
When you get to the puzzle, turn left. Go through the cave. Find second, much simpler jumping puzzle.
-
Really? You just jump on the first 3 platforms and then jump off to the end. I don't get how you can't do it on a Titan though. They have farthest jump and Death from Above.
-
What console are you on? I could show you my strats for those two guardians.

Bearbeitet von Tekn0z: 3/9/2015 5:15:32 PMUse at least 2 platforms then It's a piece of cake. Use 3 to be safe if you want. Don't bother with making the jump with zero platforms. It doesn't work so well (especially on my Warlock, Titan jump seems to have less trouble with it). Yes, I have done it several times with zero platforms in the past with like a sliver of health left, but not worth it. But with just using 3 platforms (any class will work fine). it is an absolute breeze. I've not failed the jump ever since I started using the platforms. They all spawn at the exact same order each time, so you can easily practice it. If you're on PS3, I can help you through it.
-
I usually hit the first 2 platforms, sometimes 3 and then just jump on over. Warlock glides over, hunter triple jump and Titan same as warlock.
-
Is this #satire?
seriously if it is satire then you are damn good at it
-
What system are you on if Xbox one I will literally walk you through every build for every class and before someone comments on my 3 hunters I have 100% of the achievements which means I played a lock and titan.
-
You're not the only one. I hate that part. I do eventually make it, but not without a bunch of deaths.

6 AntwortenNot that hard man. For drfender: Max your agility and go to the right. Stand on the second to last platform (it's higher) sprint and single jump. Then as you drop down use your double jump. It should carry you all the way to the other side. (You'll start to fall as it runs out and may take a bit of fall damage if you hit the lower ledge) Or look up the video of the guy using fist of havoc to get across. For the ginslinger it's a little trickier: You have to time it so you don't die on the fall. Wait for the third to last platform to spawn and double jump for the height and then bounce off the platforms. Save your third jump for just before you land so you don't take fall damage. Blade dancer: use your super and melee across.
