Please make strikes have an afk penalty
There needs to be a system in place for people that afk at the first half of a strike then come and attack the last boss if your lucky..and it's those poor players that get exotics..no respect for mmo culture
please Bungie fix this, backs getting tired carrying players through the game...just make it so they cant re que for 30 minutes if afk or a report afk button that will actually boot them.

I don't know I'm afk for half the strike sometimes and still end up with the most kills and no deaths, although u try not to make a habit of it

This is a nice idea but it has to be carefully implemented. I have been in many strikes where 2 players have blinked off and left me fighting my way through seas of enemies. sometimes in some of the weeklies this has involved burn enemies where i have died over and over and over trying to get past them. This weeks weekly i was trapped behind multiple fallen and then vex. The other 2 were now in the boss fight. i eventually blasted my way through and made it to the boss fight. This pissed me off as it was like i was on my own and took the fun out of it. I wasn't able to blink and cloak my way past to make it i had to do it the fighting way. I want it so that if they are idle a bit like the POE but realised that would be open to abuse if it teleeported the rest of the team forward all the time. But it definitely needs to have some penalties in it that prevents re entry into the mode for x amount of time like CS:GO if you quit out your end up getting excluded from competitive play for x number of days.

couldn't agree more. strikes are my favorite part of this game and it irks me to no end when people are afk. even to the point of me messaging the player who isn't afk that I'll start new one and invite him/her.

You know what's worse IMO? The ones that move but hide off in a corner. I noticed the past few days some players doing that. At first you think they are afc, but then they start to move and you see them hide off in the corner. You just wanna punch them so hard they feel it through their tv. 👊📺 There should be a timer if they are away too long and after that timer expires they get a kick option, only then. Matchmaking isn't all that bad, I've come across a lot of good players. Only a few who are afc.

Its been an issue since the game was released. It won't be dealt with by bungie.

You should do what I do, start the strike like normal. If the person hasn't showed up in 3-5 minutes. Point, and wave then leave the strike. I imagine the other guy will leave at that point as well. It's the only way to get people to learn. If people keep carrying them they will keep doing it. Also don't forget to report them. If the person does it enough, and enough people report them, then Bungie will notice.

I agree. Maybe nothing major, but a temporary penalty/lockout of strike play lists

2 AntwortenIt could even be something like a percentage of time takes away that much chance at loot, nothing huge just something that will discourage people from doing it. I understand some people may be using the bathroom or getting a drink or snack and may only be gone for a few minutes. This way they wouldn't be penalized much.

If someone is afk just do the strike and after a little back go back and kill them then revive them and do that over and over. It'll -blam!- up their k/d so bad. That's what I do. I don't stand for afk fags

The afk in vanguard roc has become ridiculous, almost every strike now I'm playing with just one other person while someone sits at the start. Something needs to be done about this.

1 AntwortenIt is getting hard to enjoy Roc stuff with every other team having a sleeper player in the mix. I think they just throw in the character and let it ride. If no one notices it imagine how long it could ride in there and earn loot. All the while they are off doing something else I guess. At first I thought it was a way of getting the strike without death bounty but it is clearly more than that.
