The rare (blue) weapons, sold by the Queen's Emissary, we're not too bad; however, MANY people didn't get them because there were better Legendary weapons available through the standard Vendors. Try finding people with Her Right Hand (AR), Merciless (HC), or Vesta Noblese (Scout Rifle)... especially after CE dropped and ATK Values of Vendor Weapons were raised to 331. The other was The Supremacy... The QW Legendary Sniper Rifle. Again... only available for a week, AND only as RnG. If someone still has one of these they have something VERY rare... and possibly VERY special depending on the perks.
