Item: "Caution, Radiation" street sign Weapon: "When the bomb drops..." Type: Exotic Secondary Weapon Exotic perk: Nuclear War - this shotgun's shells are replaced with tactical nuclear grenades. They pack a massive punch, but you must fire upon them with another weapon to detonate. (TL;DR they're sticky bombs that once you shoot them or one near them they blow up. Like....Gjallarhorn blow up.)

Each hand cannon has its own clip and aiming is replaced by the 2nd hand cannon(the trigger usually used for aiming is used to fire the 2nd hand cannon.) Rate of fire increases significantly. Reload speed is 1.5 times slower. [b]Scroll Wheel[/b]: The hand cannon's rounds can shoot through most forms of shielding (captain's shields, phalanx's shields, titan's barrier, etc) and will sometimes temporarily blind an enemy when landing a critical shot. I think this weapon would be awesome to have.
