VOG problem when walking through gates
Sometimes and now much more often when I or my team are coming back from Venus or Mars
When we walk through the gate it does not transport us back to Atheons VOG but it literally goes through the gate , so we have to go around and do it again then we would be transported back to Atheons layer. Which is exteemly problematic if it happens to the relic holder because it wastes time,
Is there a way to avoid this or is this something Bungie needs to fix?

This is a known glitch. Until they fix it, I've found it helps if only 1 person goes through at a time and walking through glitches less often than running through.
