Bungie is living on hopes and dreams if they think that Destiny will ever become another Halo or COD. Lets face facts here, they lost some talented people. Activision only cares about Activison. Bungie just hit an iceberg. Like the titanic they are sinking. The Halo franchise is in the hands of monkeys
Rumors are going around that Microsoft might buy Bungie back. These are rumors not fact so before you mouth off understand that people are talking. I did not start the rumors but it has merit at the situation now. So what will be the next game ? Will it be Microsoft again ? Nothing like money makes rich people happy.
PS: Bungie made the game for Activsion who really owns the game. Bungie just lied to you all saying they even own the game. Worse than Halo as Bungie has Zero say so for the game.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Braydzz: 2/23/2015 2:23:13 AMI think destiny has potential like if they keep adding DLC expansions to the same game the strike playlist will have like 35 strikes in it instead of like 7.. The only downside is that starting off is kinda rough because of the obvious lack of content at the start.

This is why Destiny failed. Half the people now will not be here when Destiny 2 rolls around. I am betting on only a quarter left. Just the Hard Core or Bungie fans who think sunshine and bunnies still exist.

Destiny 2

5 AntwortenTechnically it didn't flop. It beat records and still has a ton of people playing daily.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Reign of Bane: 2/23/2015 12:01:50 AMNew IP and Marathon, Myth or Oni reboot.
-
4 AntwortenIf they do a marathon reboot I'm in but they are part of Activision now so we know Destiny 2 will be next, and then destiny 3, and then destiny 4 and the same routine happens until Activision milks the franchise until death and Make bungie go to darkness just like Guitar hero did.

5 AntwortenConsidering how the community that still enjoys Destiny are still playing it. They're most likely going to make Destiny 2. It's most definitely not going to make the same amount of money for them.

4 AntwortenMicrosoft won't "Buy Bungie back" because it has no need to. It would cost a fortune to buy Bungie back from Activision, because Activision would want to be compensated for potential revenue from Destiny's sequels. To get that potential price, they would most likely take Destiny's revenue it made, and multiply that by 4, the amount of games Bungie signed off on their contract to Activision. Now, I don't know about you, but Destiny was a massive success financial wise. M

8 AntwortenA sequel to marathon.
unfortunately destiny 2. They have a contract, unless Microsoft buys them out.
