Secret strike update coming...
If you have read last Thursay's weekly update, DeeJ hinted at an update to the strikes that will be coming in this next update (toward end of update information post). It was very mysterious, and he didn't give details.
I am assuming it is something good/positive, given the minimal info that was provided.
What do you think it might be?

Doubtful... The lack of content in this game is ridiculous, and Bungie haven't been very fore coming with any information ever! So don't count on it

12 AntwortenI'm not expecting anything decent. It's going to be something so minimal or asinine that they shouldn't have even bothered. Hoping for the best, of course, but not expecting anything. But if I had to guess, it's something along these lines: - Tiger Strikes are now off-limits for people without TDB - You can only do one nightfall/weekly per account (not character) if you don't have the expansion pass for HoW - Valus (Mars) Strike will appear more frequently on the ROC strike playlist - Ascendant material rewards in Nightfall will be replaced with motes of light - Strange coin rewards in Nightfall will be replaced with No Land Beyond

Right at the end of the article Deej casually says they are excited about something new with strikes. Been curious all week lol. Would be cool to have a difficulty option with better loot for harder difficulty.

They are going to add friendly fire in ROC Strikes. Bungie said the ROC strikes are too easy seeing as it will reward exotic and legendary awards.

Strikes now reward ammo Synths. More reasons to grind. Except it's RNG.

They should add random burns and more modifiers to the stike playlist.... I think the nightfall n weekly e the only reason I use other guns besides my favorite three(fatebring, hammer n ghorn

I just hope the update will make it possible to see the upcoming strike and give people time to leave the fireteam if they don't want to do that particular strike.
