The vex cause I got it from the hard vog on my warlock and I put it in my vault and transferred it to my titan

so. i have to kill how many vex and on like lvl 30????? xc

No you have to go on hard mode vog and you have a chance to get the vex mytho class from atheon you just have to kill him that's all but you have to be in leven 30 and it's a lucky chance that you can get it
