Possibly, it is a business so that's one logical explanation. I would like to think they respect their customers time and effort and especially money so I don't really like that answer but it's a legitimate one for sure.

oh they love our money alright.. but respecting the players? if they did that then they'd actually do something useful for a change and fix stuff that needs it
