Please stop fixing what is not broken

Has it ever occurred to you that the reason assault rifles are predominant is because players just prefer them ? I have the Suros, Hawkmoon and Thorn. Thorn and Hawkmoon are extremely powerful, they get nerf requests every other day. Yet I barely use them and use Suros instead. Even before I had Suros I used the Vanquisher when I already had the Hawkmoon (had the Hawkmoon since week 2).
Why ?
BECAUSE I JUST LIKE TO PLAY WITH ASSAULT RIFLES. I'd still be using the Vanquisher over the Hawkmoon any day because it fits my playstyle better. In all shooters I always default to the autorifle. They're general purpose all-round weapons versatile and go well with the way I play. I really don't want to use a pulse, and I really don't want to use any other type of weapon.
You can bring the pulse rifles on par with the rest without nerfing the assault rifle for the THIRD time. Simply adjust impact to take into account the off time in the bursts so that over a period of time including the pauses it has the same DPS as ARs.
Please reconsider what you're about to do. I don't know why 80% of Bungie's actions in this game is about pissing players off. Seriously, focus on what is indeed broken and needs fixing. Like bugs, lack of modes in the crucible, lack of content in pve.

How it works: -PvP players complain about a weapon because of its popularity -bungie ignores the real problems in the game such as raid glitches to cater to the PvP players. -the guns get ruined in pve -the PvP players try playing pve then complain about the broken pve guns that they ruined. -Bungie ignores the real problems about the guns and cater to PvP players. -the cycle repeats until your thorn has to empty a clip to kill a shank,your suros can't kill a dreg, shotguns can take down a thrall, fusion rifles gently glide across the enemy's skin, Atheon spawns praetorians instead of supplicants, and every enemy in crota acquires a ghorn and crota is unbeatable forever because if it slows us down bungie ignores it but if someone beats crota with this glitch happening bungie will add 10 times the mods and 2 more crota's and replace all loot no land beyonds

7 AntwortenNot bungie fault. Blame the PVP community complaining about nerf and buff. There doing it base on the feedback. You people complain there not listening. Now there are. They're giving the nerf and buff that you people been asking but you all mad cause it ain't the ones you wanted. If don't like it go find forums that wanted nerf or buff and complain to them cause bungie didn't cause this one.

At least fix the broken raids. They fix the exploits magically fast and yet still heavy ammo bug, they just give us a line of bullshit about it being buried deep in the coding. Where are the fixes we ask for? They make up this weapon issue, I have not seen a single post about that. The pulse yeah needed a buff, still nothing the community asked for.

I use auro rifles because that's what the hell i have been using since started gaming.. I dont mess with burst rifles they sounds annoying

6 Antwortenthe only reason people complain about auto rifles or other guns in the game is because either they are jealous because they dot or cant get one and secondly they complain about overpowered things because they need to blame something else in the game because of their lack of skill, people just need to calm down and leave things be. The only thing that made sense to me was the buff to shotguns in PVE that i believe is something that is true
