Is it better to do CE on hard only or both normal and hard?
I was told that if I do CE on normal then do it on hard it will screw up my loot. Is it better to do it only on hard or do it on both hard and normal?

Depending on your group makeup. For me my hardcore group that I always run raids with, a couple of them still have 1-2 31s. So for this week we will run normal today and hard tomorrow. This should allow them to get at least 1 more 32 by the end of the week. Next week however I plan on only doing hardmode only with them. So I suggest seeing how it's the first week to run both on normal then hard, if you still need radiant shards for gear

Never do normal unless it's Monday and you can't finish hard.

Bearbeitet von DukeDave: 1/20/2015 6:32:22 PMIf it's setup like VoG which it likely is (but who knows) when you do the raid on hard you get both the normal chests and boss drops as well as the hard ones. You'll get both. So unless it's different than VoG in this regard, you should just do the hard so you only have to do the raid once (per character.) Doing them one at a time doesn't screw anything up, but since you get everything on the hard, including the normal drops, it just makes sense to do it on hard once.

I thinp crota will be the only one that has different loot from normal and hard so who knows

You get double drops on the hard raid loot tables if you don't do the normal raid.

Chances are I'll be doing both. So I get more chances at getting gear since I've gotten out of my 3 raids, 3 pairs of gauntlets and in song of ir Yût

I'm saving crota, so I have better chance of getting a weapon we I beat him on hard tommorow

Hard raids give you extra rolls from normal. Just run hard mode

Who cares went through normal 3 times last night will do hard 3 more times. Lots of rewards to be had either way.

If crota only drops weapons still run raid on normal if you need shards but don't do crota and then do crota hard checkpoint

If you are 32 run hard. If you are not run normal till you are 32. The double drops give you a better chance at getting raid primaries from Crota. If you are a Crota newb run normal.

Not sure how CE hard drops will work but on the VOG it was better to do only hard. Reason being is that all reward drops came from the hard loot table.

You don't necessarily get better drops when you do hard only, you just get double drops. Of course the way RNG works it does seem like you can sometime get better drops. Also by doing hard you save time by not having to do normal and hard.

29 AntwortenEh, you just get double drops on hard. I don't think it impacts it one way or the other, but I'll probably end up doing at least one of each on a couple characters because not all my friends have 3 32s
