Hi bungie please nerf gjalliarhorn ASAP!
When the hard raid about to coming Gjalliarhorn will be the best tool to kill deathsinger( not to mention the fire element damage to wizards),shrieker, swordbrarer, and bring down Crota's shield.
The hunger of Crota sure will get the job done but talking about damage to the specific target( like shrieker or Deathsinger you name it)Gjalliarhorn will dramatically increase the odds of success( Wolfpack I'm looking at u).
So get back to the topic! NERF GJALLIARHORN ASAP before the hard raid comes out! Reduce the damage the Wolfpack or decrease its velocity( same as dragons breath). Or reduce the rockets it holds from 2 to 1 and change the tracking rounds to " able to hold 2 rocket at once". That will balance the gjalliarhorn at the same level as other rocket launchers.
Edit. So funny seeing you guys replying like" oh this guy must simply jealous and don't own a gjalliarhorn " what a pity for you guys, I do own a gjalliarhorn . Shame on you guys please use your brain

The person who wrote this should be offered to Crota as a sacrifice. I am perfectly ok with the way the gjallarhorn is now, I only use it for nightfalls/bosses anyway. Telling BUNGIE to nerf more exotics on top of what they have already done is stupid. They are already patching the crota cheeses so really that's good enough. When they do release hard raid, I believe it starts at lvl 33. So really if you are 30-32 you will have a tough time with just about everything, ie everyone may die......a lot. If this in fact is the case, having G-horn get you through the deathsinger a bit easier is in my opinion awesome. Hard raid will be hard enough even with the currently weapons everyone will have upgraded or not, so it doesn't make sense to nerf weapons to due less damage in an area where they ALREADY DO LESS DAMAGE.

2 AntwortenWhy should it be equal to other rocket launchers? That's blatant stupidity. Each and every rocket launcher, class, and sub-class has strength and weaknesses. For example: Truth is better than gjallarhorn in pvp because of truth's massive blast radius and incredible tracking. Or to point out a flaw in ghorn, look at Atheon. Gjallarhorn is more of a hindrance than an aid during Atheon because it causes him to move around constantly, decreasing the overall damage that your team is doing as a whole. Unless most of the team has ghorn, it's better to use a sniper rifle in its stead. Gjallarhorn doesn't need a nerf, simply because it's not the same tier with other rocket launchers or because it has a greater applied usage in PvE. Destiny doesn't need any more watered down weapons, if anything, it needs a weapon or two to rival ghorn. Instead of throwing nerfs around, they should test some buffs. Hard mode will be hard enough without a watered down Gjallarhorn, not to include the skill of the player determines how effective they will be. A Gjallarhorn in an ape's hands will be completely ineffective. It'll take a [i]lot[/i] more then just a good gun for a group to beat the hard raid.

Why would you want them to make you weaker by nerfing GHORN in pve. PvP I understand. If you don't want the power then don't use it. Don't call for a nerf for no reason.
