But the problem with the headshot kills perk is that it is now nearly impossible, since it is not a one hit kill. It don't think it counts if the burn kills them and not the headshot, but I'm not sure. Which renders that perk useless.

The reset cool down on a headshot perk is designed for PvE mobs, not PvP. You should be running Incendiary Knife in PvP if you want to be the most effective Hunter you can. Softening up a target or ensuring a post mortem kill trade with the flaming knife is more important than MAYBE getting your cool down reset if you nail am already damaged target with a knife headshot.

I don't use burn, I use headshot reset. The perk is generally useless in PvP but I have gotten three throwing knife kills in one life once.
