That's the magic of it, they did. If you want faster fire at less damage, fire from the hip. If you want more damage at reduced fire rate, aim down the sight. The button to switch firing methods comes in the form of the left trigger.

Yeah but I want fast shooting in ADS.. That's what I mean. The accuracy sucks with hip fire

Then use a different auto rifle. Hard Light might be what you're looking for. That thing has gotten pretty good with its new stability adjustments.

I'm also using the red rifle from the crucible quartermaster. Sorry can't remember its name but it is awesome :). SUROS REGIME is cooler to look at though :)
