xur rarity
Does anybody else believe that xur kinda ruins the rarity of most exotics. I mean dont get me wrong xur is awesome but i want feedback plz let me know what you think!
Say i get TLW from a tiger strike and im the only person in destiny to have the gun now the next day xur shows up and sells it and now over a million people have it do you see what i mean?

I think exotics are there to fit specific play styles not to be totally rare that's what raid weapons are for

Exotic does not mean rare or unique, it means "originating in or characteristic of a distant foreign country." Xur is a traveling salesman.

2 AntwortenIn all honesty, without the exotic weapons hard raid and night fall wouldn't be doable for some people. Is shouldn't be so, that you can only do these things if you got lucky enough for a drop. The true rare weapons are the raid weapons. They will always be the rarest and best. That's why raid purples contest with exotics. So what if somebody else has the same gun as you. There are bigger things to worry about.

Lots of players seem to think RNG drops are superior, when we're both still playing & waiting. Look at it this way: a person plays for 3 months, gets TLW as a drop. Versus a person playing for 3 months and gets it from xur. Same amount of time, same amount of play hours. What's the difference?
