I've always heard of other people having problems with ammo synthesis, but I never did until recently. Every once in a while, my regular ammo synthesis wouldn't work. (about 1/3 of the time) Earlier, I used a heavy ammo synthesis at the start of the nightfall while we were still flying, and I didnt get any rockets. I figured that it was because we didn't spawn in yet, so I used another before the archon came out, still no rockets. 5 minutes, later, I used another heavy, still nothing. By the time he had 1/4 health, the cooldown reset and I tried it one last time. still 0 rockets...I went to do the heroic next, used a special ammo synth near the beginning, it worked fine, 5 mins later, used a heavy, still 0 rockets. If it makes any difference, I was still alive at all of these points, and I had the steel oracle equipped and some gear that boosted my max rocket count to 8. Seriously, it was a minor inconvenience at first with the synths not working every once in a while, but now, I just threw 5000 glimmer down the drain within the span of an hour and didn't even get my rockets. Anyone else having problems with these?
