Why am I forced to play the raid so I can be lvl 30?
Weasels have gotten to 30 by cheating. They wear chatter white if you want to know who they are.
I would like people to explain to me why I have to play the raid?
Why should I anyways? So I can wear the same gear as everyone else. Oh joy.
Chatter white is for tool bags.

3 AntwortenOh how I laugh at these questions. Its End Game Content. Contrary to what some may believe. Just because you buy the game doesn't mean your "entitled" to everything in it. Kills me when casual/average players think they should be handed the samething countless other serious players worked hard for. You want 30? Get your butt in Vog and work for it, and stop waiting for a hand out from bungie.

The raid is fun, go patrol the cosmodrome. You dont need to be level 30 either. Lol its not a forced level, you can enjoy the game the same as a level 20.

Answer because that's just how it is. Deal with it. That's almost like asking why do I have to work 40 hours to get a full paycheck or why do I have to get all of the answers right to get 100% on this test. Spoon fed is only good until 3 years old and then it's time to start eating like a big boy and learning to use the potty. Don't worry if you need pointers we are all here to help.

Why do you care about lvl 30 if you're NOT doing the raid. Highest enemies you face outside of the raid is 28.. Therefore you don't need to be lvl 30.. Plus iron banner gear will give 30 light apparently

The bigger question is why the only way to get primary wepons that do elemental damage is from the raid.. Its about making the raid worth while and the "end game fight" you complete the game then go into the raid.... you may have exotics you may have legendaries... but the raid will give you something diffrent that you need.

I just like using chatter white because it looks good. Also, dont worry, for when many other events come out they will give people like you more ways to get to lvl 30. just to be clear, no i am not lvl 30, i actually have only played the raid a few times.

5 AntwortenBlame bungie for lazily setting up an RPG. Imho the level cap should be only determined by xp, not gear..that being said 29 isn't all that different from 30. Right now the only benefit to being 30 is to do more damage to enemies in the hard version of the raid.

You don't have to do anything. And chatter white doesn't mean anything either. You do have to admit that most color schemes in Destiny are lame-- making chatter white easier on the eyes.

8 AntwortenI love all the clowns saying that you do the raid to get the best gear. I still have yet to get a single piece of raid armor. The only item I've had drop in the raid other then the garbage cloak that I don't wear is gjallarhorn. I do have over 80 shards and energy though, AFTER maxing out two armor sets and almost a dozen weapons. So no, you do not do the raid and get the best gear. You do the raid and get a shitload of energy and shards and no items to use them on.

Because being level 30 doesn't make a difference anywhere except the raid. Why would you need to be 30 if you're playing Crucible, where level 1 does exactly the same damage as level 30?

3 AntwortenIt sucks - blame BUNGIE for been lazy. I don't even wear the raid gear unless doing the raid. I cant stand raiding now either. it's not as busy as it was and finding people is way harder.

On a serious note, there ought to be alternative paths to get to any level cap in the game, and if they are going to raise it they'd better not make the same mistake twice. The Iron Banner gear being on par with raid gear is a start, but that still doesn't actually fix the problem. It's like putting an Band-Aid on a bullet wound, sure it's better than nothing, but the actual problem goes deeper.

I had to do the raid 20 times to get my titan to level 30... I did it legit.

You arent forced. No ones making you get to 30. Oh you want 30? You wanna hit max level? Raid. Make a new character of the same class. Level to 20. Raid. Didnt get your gear from the raid? Bungies rng system failed. Yet again. Dont worry chap. They are fixing it. Next dlc there may be 2 tiers of gear, and maybe this time no shards. The game is new, just chill. Give them another chance to get it right.
