okay, so reading that it would appear that it states nothing on deleted items. As there is a difference between a dismantle and a discard and a delete. according to that help article, if you take it in its literal meaning that would mean items that are discarded or deleted do not fall under this?

The fact that they're manually removed is the deciding factor. We're constantly fixing things on the backend that could, potentially resolve a given issue, but things that are selected by a user for removal aren't going to be caught with a fix. Hope that clears things up a bit.
