I'm fine with 30, it doesn't make any difference to me. Only time I notice is in smash when the Assist trophies and Pokemon move at 30 whereas the rest of the game moves at 60.

Really? I've never noticed that. Was Brawl 60fps?

Not sure, the 3DS one is 60, some of the Quicker-Moving assist trophies do seem to lag a bit, but like I said, I only notice because everything else is at 60.
