No point in doing Queens now. I am grinding for over 100 shards so whats the point... Why start better armor?

I need around 60 shards and I'm supposed to sit on a patrol and wait for it to pop up? Serious? Hell na..I'll just have two characters that stop at level 27 almost 28 smh
