If you are a hunter and chose Future War Cult as your faction you will need these motes to upgrade your legendaries from there. I have yet to see one and none of my friends or the people I have talked to have found them. Does anyone know where to acquire this material? Maybe this is some sort of oversight because I think only hunters need them to upgrade( I know warlock doesn't need them for sure).
