Dear Bungie,
Why do I pay £45 for the same game that my friend is paying £45 for, yet he gets various early access and exclusive stuff? Why is HE a more important customer than I am? I've supported bungie since 2001 on my various Xbox consoles. Where he (on his playstation) has supported bungie through ONE pre-order in 2014. I've spent north of £400 on games, DLC, collectors editions and other merch for the Halo trilogy, supporting bungie. Where he has, in the past, spent nothing... and it isn't just me. The entire Halo fanbase on xbox, has poured money and fame into Bungie for years, and you owes much of your own success to Microsoft and the xbox community.
Now I could understand, going third party, that Bungie would then be a "neutral", and platform-agnostic studio. But you giving Playstation exclusive content? F*** off, that is the mother of all middle fingers to the fans who love you most, and to the £400+ I've given you. Most likely a corporate decision. A healthy cheque from Sony no doubt. A bit of retribution to Microsoft for not letting you keep Halo rights. If you have problems with Microsoft, take it out on Microsoft, not on the fans. A cheque? Think about who you've let down next time. All that this exclusive content does is amass lots of negativity from butthurt long-term fans such as myself, about a game that is otherwise looking to be the most exciting of the year. I know you can't do anything about Destiny, but for Destiny 2, try not to kick up all this console-exclusive dust.

Look. I have had xbox systems since the first and didn't go with the xbox one for various reasons. One thing I can say as someone who only recently stopped playing on xbox to all of the xbox owners is this. WE HAD HALO FOR YEARS AS AN EXCLUSIVE! SONY PLAYERS NEVER GOT THE CHANCE TO PLAY IT! EVER! STOP WHINING ABOUT TIMED EXCLUSIVE STUFF! YOU STILL HAVE COD TIMED EXCLUSIVES AND YOU'VE HAD THOSE FOR LONGER THAN SONY HAS HAD DESTINY!

Activision is the one who partnered with playstation, bungie had little to no say in this, it's a similar thing with Microsoft and the call of duty franchise, they get early access to dlc, and we do end up getting the content that ps owners get, just at a later date.

So bungie has made several games ONLY for Xbox and now you're crying about one game where they are releasing content in the playstation first than on Xbox . It's like giving a kid the same candy for years but when they try to give candy to a different kid with something extra inside the candy the other kid cries about it. Just think about it, Bungie made several games for Xbox but when they give extra content to playstation for a limited time everything turns south, just think about other platforms instead of one

So you're ranting and raving about a couple of days without the Beta? Sony has supported Bungie more than Microsoft with Destiny, sorry. And the exclusives are only timed, they are coming out for Xbox fans as well. Quit your moaning and enjoy the game, Jesus Christ.

I currently own both an xbox one and a PS4 so I could just as easily pick it up on the Playstation. But all my friends are on xbox and trying to play an fps with that controller is like playing a racing game with a mouse and keyboard! plus the annoying light in the controller is ridiculous, it makes it impossible to play in a dark room. seriously, I found myself sitting sideways playing killzone. then I discovered the wonders of gaffer tape :) also (and I am a where and I apologise as this has now turned in to a bitch about the ps4 controller, but it needs to be said!) the pad only lasts 5 hours max on a charge! so you end up having to play with it wired and guess what... the included wire is only about 3 foot long! so to summarise I too am annoyed at the playstation exclusive rubbish. you have given us 2 options, either play on xbox and get screwed or play on the ps4 and sit sideways or in a well lit room and in 5 hour shifts or 3 feet away from your T.V! Seriously Bungie, I love your games but if I end up getting it on the Ps4 and end up with Square eyes and or a neck injury im filling a lawsuit!

Sir/mme I'm gonna have to ask you to calm down a bit, in case you did or didn't know, activision( who is the co-creator of destiny) is the one partnering with play station, bungie has little to no say in this, it's similar with the call of duty franchise, the creator is partnered with Microsoft so xbox gets dlc earlier then ps owners. So u can think that bungie isn't loyal to their fans, they brought you halo for only xbox for years and when they try to share destiny with ps owners, people cry about, you should feel lucky they are even making this game.

I am against 3rd parties giving exclusive deals and add-ons to either platform and while were on the subject, I also don't like it when games have collectors editions over £100 and don't include everything as you still have retailer exclusive content. I think my view is valid and I think that most if not all gamers would agree as it benefits no one. My opinion is that exclusive stuff should be limited to first party developers only. I would have explained this if you had asked, I think you are upset about my rant about what I feel are the short comings of the ps4 controller. Now if you were involved in its development then you have a right to be upset as you did a shitty job but if your just one of them weirdos who has a "special relationship" with everything playstation then I'm gonna have to ask you to calm down a bit. P.s. Before you say anything just know that I would be equally pissed if Naughty Dog went to Ea and made games for xbox. In fact I am a little pissed with them as they are the reason I bought a vita 😐 P.p.s. Activision are the Publishers, not co-creators... For your information.
