Have you pre-ordered Destiny?
Have you? What console did you get it for, and where from?
Are you waiting for a different console, or special edition?
I'll probably wait for more info on the game first, but chances are i'll end up with a special edition for the 360.

1 AntwortenPre-ordered twice for PS3 and 360 so I could get two posters and display both sides. Still haven't decided which console I'll get it for in the end. If it comes out before I've decided on which next-gen console I'm getting first, the 360 SKU will probably be the current-gen version I go with. Could go either way with PS4 and the next Xbox, so I don't really have a preference in that regard. No matter what platform I get it for though, I'm definitely going with whatever limited/special/collector's edition thingamabob they offer.

I pre-ordered it a few months ago. I have enough faith in Bungie to throw a couple of bucks at them for a free poster. Also, GameStop lets you change consoles or upgrade your game edition whenever you want, so I just pre-ordered early to guarantee myself a poster.

Not yet. I think I want to buy it for the new xbox. Follow the tradition. Xbox-Halo CE Xbox 360- Halo 3 Xbox???- The shiz. I almost don't want to look at the front page. Sure, I want to know about the universe, but I don't want a lot of gameplay spoiled. I've waited so long for this.

1 AntwortenI'm waiting for Microsoft to announce the new Xbox and see if Bungie has plans for a collectors edition first. Destiny is promising a lot of customization, so as we get closer to the release date (whenever that gets announced) retailers will probably offer some bonus gun and/or armor for preorders.

1 AntwortenKind of pointless to pre-order at the moment, but once the next Xbox gets officially announce then Bungie will be able to say that Destiny will be for it as well. Then I will pre-order it.

guys. its not like its a big deal to move your preorder. i just want bungie to have a tangible rough number of people that are ALREADY psyched for the game

Yep. Preordered it for the 360. Traded in my Limited Edition copy of Halo 4 for the store credit. Got most of it paid off already. :)

I've currently got a pre-order on the 360 version, but if I have enough money to get a 720/PS4 at launch I'll probably change it to whichever of those.

i preordered for Xbox 360 the day of the announcement. i plan on getting one of the next-gen consoles (waiting to see how they compare before making a decision; but leaning towards PS4), so i'll probably buy a copy of Destiny for that too.

Still waiting,I'm hoping Bungie will do something good for the special editions. I know we have hardly seen anything about the game but I like buying special editions.

I'm going to wait a little while before I pre-order it to see when it is coming out. I've heard that it might not be coming out in 2013; and if that's the case, then I'll probably pre-order it for whatever the next Xbox is called. :)

1 AntwortenNo I haven't. I will not be getting Destiny on PS3 or 360. And given I have not picked out if I want the PS4 or Nextbox yet, I will wait until I have. But I for sure will not be playing the gimped current gen version.

It does show loyalty pre-ordering a game you know almost nothing about and on top of that comes out a year from now. I however, don't have that loyalty.
