If it came down to it, could you survive a zombie Apocalypse?
Gonna be frank here, despite having two firearms, I'd probably not survive. I am just unlucky that way. If I could make it to the desert without fuss, sure. Till then, I am surrounded by a good 158k people.
So, Flood, could you survive the Zombie Apocalypse?

Oh yeah, I live in a smaller tourist type town, so as long as it was in the off-season there'd be plenty of resources and places to hole up. Plus, there should be plenty of vehicles for the pickings too.

I'd probably last a few days assuming I don't panic and run for the bomb shelter like the majority of people would. Could last longer if I find a route out of LI without going through NYC(suicide)

Isn't the idea of an Apocalypse supposed to be about catastrophic loss (Including life)? Not even 90% of us here would last, and that includes me.

It depends on if its fast neo zombie bullshit or old shuffling zombies.

It depends. There are hundreds of different apocalyptic scenarios involving zombies of all different kinds. Some scenarios I could survive, but most of them, probably not. No matter how badass you think you are, zombie apocalypses don't just end after a certain period of time, they will most likely outlast one socially awkward internet dweller like most people that are probably here.

The obvious solution is to get on a boat stay in the water, coming to the mainland for food and water.

Depends how long the zombies last. I have two pallets of MRE boxes and quite a few guns. I would be good for awhile.

Depends on what kind of zombie apocalypse.

Probably not. While better prepared than a lot of city people, I still wouldn't be able to transition to being either a hunter-gatherer or a subsistence farmer. Both of which are very hard lives and require a lot of skills I just don't have and couldn't easily learn while running from zombies.
