There are only two options to gain diamond medals: Raids and Trials.
Raids is fine for those who can gather a team (good luck with that), but the Diamond Trials card is ridiculous. It would be one thing if losses didn't reduce progress. It would be another if matchmaking wasn't a roll of the dice. As it is now, completing the card is completely at the whim of horrible matchmaking. A bad streak of losses can reduce your progress back to 0%, and it has less to do with overall skill than it does with the matchmaking algorithm.

They won't. They never do.

If they could learn we wouldn’t be in this pickle now

"When will Bungo learn?" Short answer: never Long answer: never ever

5 AntwortenI did that bounty 3 times this weekend. And I'm faaaar from a tryhard sweatlord with a 2.0 k/d....

Got my diamond trials pretty easy
-
Not to be that guy but you’re a 0.32. Trials matchmaking is not the issue.
-
played about 4 events in games, utter waste of time and have completely ignored it other than the easy bounties on offer, pointless exercise

I picked up the Diamond raid, then immediately abandoned it. I only have a hunter and didn't want to deal with doing a 6 hunter raid. Not even going to try the Trials one. Going to do the usual Master lost sector grind for platinums to gild the title.

1 AntwortenBig mistake is not having them tied with the Olympics Instead of having guardian games yearly .

12 AntwortenAgree. Diamond cards are close too impossible. I also guarantee Hunters will win again. They are dominating Supremacy by far. Total blow outs nonstop. Translating into quicker gold and platinum farming for them and easily winning, it's simple math. And if anyone ever needed proof of which is the best PvP class then look at this year's Guardian Games' PvP results. Even Bungie should be able to sum up 2+2.
-
Who ever said Bungie has the capability to learn?
-
It's because Bungle has ONLY two strategies GRIND or RNG.

I'm just happy I got the Sparrow last night. Last thing I wanted from the events. Now I can pretend like this stupid event doesn't exist.

3 AntwortenReading this gave me flash backs of trying to get the original Lunas. "Mufasa"

Well it’s never going to happen now in d2 ….crawling to a slow death 🤷🏼♂️
-
No arguments. This studio is largely incapable of learning, proven by the state of the game, and most specifically PvP, for years now.
-
They won’t because you have to grind more lower valued medals and keeps you on the game longer…

Bearbeitet von magister1001: 3/18/2025 2:58:20 AMSolution to not worrying about medals… but doesn’t solve your particular issue. Stage 1 Platinum raid card on hunter (orbs) Checkpoint to boss on moon dungeon (pit) Golden gun super (precision shots drop orbs) Kill knight Pick up sword Let super fill up Drop sword Headshot enemies with say a trace for speed. (Two knights from full will complete bounty) Complete bounty Stage 2 do twice Quit to orbit Get bounty Complete bounty Stage 3 Tower drop off 3 medals Repeat stage 2 *3 Stage 4 Repeat stage 3 until Done in an hour or so Tips in stage 1 would be blast knight on left, keep running and delete the shrieker and hide at back or block until super ready. Use a healing grenade. Laugh when the knight suicides off the bridge.

2 AntwortenBounty for trials works in supremacy
-
2 AntwortenGrabbed it on my account, couldn't complete it. I got my flawless, but got it with the bug. Grabbed it on a friend's account and got it for him. Looks like you need 7 straight wins without losing in order to complete it.

Luckily Diamond Medallions are entirely optional: they are not required for the GG Quest from Eva, for any of the Event Card Triumphs, to obtain or gild the Seal or to get Mementos. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

It would probably be easier for you to get a raid done honestly.
